Location
Yandina is centrally located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland just off the Bruce HWY, 107 km north of Brisbane and a short drive to Nambour.
The town is well serviced by buses and has a train station.
From Yandina it is just 15 min to the well known Sunshine Coast beaches or a 20 min drive up the ranges to Monteville and on to Maleny.

Living in Yandina
Yandina, one of the oldest towns in the shire, is a lively little town that offers everything day to day life needs.
Their is a new shopping center, several restaurants and cafes, shops, two doctor surgeries, two banks, a postoffice and all that within walking distance from the townhouses.
The famous Yandina Market, the Ginger Factory and the Spirit House attract locals and visitors alike.
Sporting facilities in town are numerous, including the sports ground with a rugby, cricket, bowling and soccer club, a BMX club, a skateboard park, play ground.… There are several mountain bike and horse riding tracks and for those who want to get started or improve their riding skills, there is Yandina Pony Club and two horse riding schools.
After all that sport dads and families can recuperate in the bowls club or in the famous Yandina Hotel.
The three kindergartens and Yandina State School are also all within walking distance from the units and if you need it, it is only a short drive to Nambour Hospital.

Yandina has two industrial estates, and a third one opened up recently.

Not to mention all the smaller and diverse companies like the Mattress Company or the Denture Clinic, to name just a few.
